PURCHASE POLICIES

1. SHOPPING

⚽ At SOCKAPRO we provide the simplest way for you to make a purchase, it only consists of 4 steps:

1. Go to our “PRODUCTS” page and look for the products you want.

2. Click on one of the products to read the description and choose your size and color, then click on the “Add to cart” button.

3. After adding all the products you want to your cart, simply click on your cart in the top right and click on “View Cart” to review all the products you have selected.

4. To make the payment, click on “Checkout”, fill in all the payment details and click on “Finalize order”.

⚽It is important that when you register, you correctly fill in all mandatory fields such as your personal details, telephone number and other information. This information is completely private and under no circumstances will it be shared with third parties.

⚽Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your order and from your user profile you will be able to track its progress in real time.

2. PRICES

⚽ All prices are shown in euros.

⚽Applicable promotions, taxes and other charges, if any, are added at “Checkout”.

⚽ We reserve the right to adjust prices as we may determine in our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice. However, we will not be able to notify you of changes to any applicable taxes.

3. TAXES

⚽Sales tax is applied according to individual state regulations. The appropriate sales tax charges will appear on the order page during checkout.

⚽All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with the applicable laws of each country. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to require you to pay for all duties and taxes incurred on any Products or Services purchased, whether new or exchanged.

⚽ In the event that you refuse delivery of your shipment, you are solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs, duties and taxes. In this case, return shipping costs, duties and taxes will be charged to you according to the payment method you selected during the checkout process.

⚽SOCKAPRO cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

4. PRIZES & DISCOUNTS

⚽Prizes or discounts are not redeemable for cash or credit and have no cash value.

⚽No offers can be redeemed on a previous purchase.

⚽Unless otherwise stated, no prize or discount can be combined with any other offer.

⚽ Rewards and discounts may be subject to a minimum purchase amount and must meet the advertised minimum prior to completing checkout.

⚽Discounts apply to purchases of qualifying merchandise only and do not apply to purchases with gift cards, shipping and handling, taxes or fees.

5. PAYMENT & INVOICING

⚽ By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the full amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges) (collectively, as applicable, an "Order").

⚽If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled.

⚽If you wish to change or update the payment information associated with your SOCKAPRO account, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and editing your payment information.

6. STOCK

⚽All of our products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, reject all or part of an order, without prior notice.

⚽ We always check our stock, but it may exceptionally happen that a product is out of stock at a given time. If this happens after your order, we will contact you by email to offer you a solution.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

⚽SOCKAPRO ships internationally to almost every country in the world. Select your destination country and you will be able to check shipping prices and estimated delivery time.

⚽ You can view the status of your shipment in real time. To do this, log into your user profile and access the “My orders” option.

⚽ We may require a signature upon delivery of any order.

⚽Please note that these are estimates and that personalized or out-of-stock orders take a few more days to arrive.

⚽ You are responsible for inspecting all of our products that you receive for any damage or other issues upon delivery.
